SOCIAL DESIGN

This project is commercial and residential by nature, with site location being Greenwich village, New York City. It is a facility built for the purpose of Senior Living, with level one consisting of all the commercial spaces like the Library, Dining Room, Kitchen, Entertainment Room, Exercise and Yoga Room, Nurse's office and A.D.A Restrooms. Meanwhile, level two consists of two double room and four single rooms welcoming both couples and single occupants. My trip to Copenhagen proved to be my prime source of inspiration to implement elements of Scandinavian Design but also simultaneously borrowing decor inspiration from the Bohemian settlement in my historic research of the Greenwich Village.
